Ben - Owner, Lead Instructor

I have been working in the fitness industry since I moved to Australia from the UK in 2002. Previously, I was a professional cricket player, but an injury struck, which led me to pursue a Diploma in Sport Psychology and Coaching.

My career spans over 20 years, with a strong personal training client base, group fitness training experience, and holding 1st-grade cricket coaching positions.

I strive to get the best out of my clients and training sessions. I have high standards because I believe that’s what achieves results. It’s an exciting prospect to train my long-term clients every day, as well as meet new people willing to train and get results.

My number one motivation is my family – my wife and three children drive me to be the best I can be.

Together we share not only family but a love of sport and fitness and the healthy habits it enforces in all aspects of life. A fit and healthy body is a fit and healthy mind!

We have completed 12 marathons between us, around the world from New York, London, Paris and Rio to Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.

As a husband and wife partnership, we offer personal training, outdoor group fitness sessions, mums and bubs sessions, corporate training and bootcamps, and body composition scanning. Our areas of service are along Sydney's North Shore, Sydney CBD and the Central Coast.
